1/ Tap you profile picture/initials - top left on the home page
2/ Tap the "refresh" symbol and wait for the data to re-sync
(Teamo saves data on your device so you can use Teamo offline, then re-syncs online. This action forces a re-sync.)
You need to add a Payment Card to the secure "wallet" in Teamo so that you can pay for membership, match fees, social tickets etc.
There are two different ways to pay your Match Fees via Teamo, Deferred Payments and Autopay.
Deferred payments is the default option, This option requires manual input from the user. When the member receives notification to pay Match Fees, the member has to press PAY on a weekly basis. Payment isnt taken weekly but once you owe £11 or over.
Autopay is a monthly Direct Debit. It is charged on the 5th of every month, based on the number of games the member has played in the previous month. £45 is the maximum you can be charged per month, anything over that is carried over to the next month.
